Aquatic Microbiology: algal and bacterial production and respiration, algal extracellular release, phosphatases and other enzymes, convolutions of the microbial loop, N and P cycling, dissolved organic nutrients, phytoplankton lysis and most recently TEP and Biofilm in Desalination and Water Treatment Plants. General Limnology.
