Phytoplankton eco-physiology, estimation of phytoplankton density based on spectral methods and HPLC pigment analysis, relationships between light, photosynthetic activity of phytoplankton and algal biomass production, hydro-optics and remote sensing of phytoplankton in productive water bodies.
