Research interests:

I research bioinformatics and data science within a systems ecology framework. Our focus is on cyanobacterial harmful algal blooms (cyanoHABs) in freshwater ecosystems, using computational methods to understand their dynamics. We develop computational tools and predictive models, explore causality, and investigate metagenomics, proteomics, and metabolomics.
